Local
Friendly Warhammer Fantasy Campaign
I am looking at starting long term Warhammer Fantasy league. This is open to an up to20 players, who will have battles with the other participants and report them back to me.
The initial round will be a triple round robin tourney. Every participant will need to generate a 2000 point army list. From that list they generate 3 smaller army lists of 500 points each. Each smaller army MUST have a legal unit of core troops of whatever point value. Models are not allowed to be moved between armies. For instance, if you have a unit of 10 skeletons, and want to have another 10 skeletons in another army, the 2000 point army will require at least 20 skeletons.
These army lists will be public, and will be posted on the Local Friendly Gaming web site. Each player will play 3 games with all of the other players, one with each army.
For the most part, calculating who won or lost is by the rules on page 143 in the BRB. Tournament points are provided on the basis of the difference in victory points, as well, some of the scenarios provide additional points depending on victory conditions

The second round will start with the a world map created out of HeroScape tiles on display to be kept on display at LFG.
The map will be prepared before the beginning of round 2, and will consist of at least 15 hexes per player to permit for lots of expansion. Players start with 3 hexes on the map, and victories will permit users to expand the size of their empire, based on modified Mighty Empires rules.
Those rules will be codified at a later date
